JUSTIN RITTER, ESQ.
Founder
Justin Ritter, Esq., Founder of Ritter Law, acts as outside general counsel for businesses throughout Virginia, both traditional companies and technology-centric startups. As outside general counsel, Justin provides transactional services, and collaborates with other specialist attorneys when ideal for the client.
Justin also regularly provides his clients with a wide-range of introductions to relevant and needed services providers and prospective investors.
Justin received a Bachelor of Arts degree at Salisbury University, Maryland, where among other activities Justin was a varsity letterman on the football team. He received his J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, State College.

Christopher J. Sullivan, Esq., started as an associate attorney at the firm in August of 2022 as a recent graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law, serving as the Editor in Chief of the school's Law Review prior to joining the firm.
Chris focuses in intellectual property matters, such as trademarks, copyrights and related technology licenses, and also assists with other outside general counsel matters for the firm's clients.
